CityGuide 3D runs using minimal hard- and software-requirements. This allows for a widespread and cost effective application of the program. Since the system builds on Java 1.1-technology, it is also independent of the preinstalled operating system, online and offline.

Note, that in order to ensure full operation of CityGuide 3D you will have to activate "Java" and "Javascript" in your internet browers.

In order to ensure trouble free operation of CityGuide 3D we recommend the following hardware-components as a minimal configuration:

	A CPU of at least 750 Mhz
	128 MB of RAM
	24 MB of Video-Memory
	CDROM-Drive
	16 Bit-Soundcard (optional)

These specifications apply to a given desktop computer. Those components are no longer applicable for internet or network / server applications.
