The map window of CityGuide 3D has the following functions:

Display of the section of the source map that contains your present location. (Center of the window) Navigation of the map by means of mouse and keyboard

The visible part of this section is only a small area of the entire source map. In this way you may "virtually" move across the map.

Depending on your internet connection speed it is possible that a certain amount of time passes until the requested map material has loaded.

This LED indicates the current status of CityGuide 3D. A green light has the system ready for input. Whenever you see a red or yellow light you can look on the status-bar for additional information.

The availability of more information for a currently selected object or the status of your print job are indicated on the status-bar.

The command buttons resemble important keyboard-functions . This also allows for an application of CityGuide 3D in Touchscreen-Systems (Terminal-Interfaces)

	Move Down Pressing this button will move your position down.
	Move Up Pressing this button will move your position up.
	Move Left This will make you move your view to the left.
	Move Right This will make you move your view to the right.
	Move Forward This will make you move into the direction you are facing.
	Move Back This will make you move backwards.
	Turn Up This will slowly point the camera skywards.
	Turn Down This will slowly point the camera to the ground.
